Developing a CVD method to make large scale SWNT rings: 1) The selected growth of string? or ring CNT by adjusting the experimental parameters. The optical, electrical and electron field emission properties have been studied; 2) The investigation of field emission of SWNTs nonwoven with large area up to 40cm2 and mechanical properties of composite made of SWNTs nonwoven and PEEK. The application of SWNTs nonwoven in the biology was carried out.Developing a crystal seed adjusting method, the epitaxial growth of Pd/Au core-shell binary metal nanorods was realized by using Au nanorods as templates, and the growth mechanism was reveled.Control growth of psedo-one-dimensional nanostructures: 1) developing micro spheres lithography and a new route, to grow aligned and patterned ZnO nanorods successfully; 2) Using AAO as templates, CoCu alloy nanotubes? were? directly and efficiently deposited by electrical chemistry method; 3) the transition among the various microstructures and morphologies of InN and InO? weres realized. |
