| A06组:功能材料的电子显微学及电子晶体学图像处理
2009年度本研究组的主要科研活动包括:
- 研究并讨论了超导体Bi2+xSr2-xCuO6+δ)的无公度调制结构及其与超导电性之间的关系。
- 改写和修正了VEC程序包中关于计算无公度调制结构的模拟像等内容。
- 得出3C-SiC/Si(001)界面上Lomer位错、60°全位错和90°不全位错原子分辨率的核心结构。
- 研究了La2–2xCa1+2xMn2O7系列样品的缺陷与微结构。
- 深入分析了新型Fe基超导体的微结构和低温结构相变。在CaFe2As2母相中观察到了由Ca层的局域结构畸变形成的 tweed 结构。
- 系统研究了电荷阻挫体系(RFe2O4)(RFeO3)n结构和物理性能;分析了氧含量对LuFe2O4-δ(n=0)铁电性能和电荷序的影响,在低温下观察到了多重电荷序和电子相分离现象;利用球差校正电镜对氧空位进行了直接观察。在Mn掺杂的Lu2Fe3O7(n=1)中, 电荷序有所改变,漏导现象和铁电性能得到了改善。
