| A01组:现代分析电子显微学及应用
2009年度本研究组的主要科研活动包括:
- 利用高分辨电子显微学和几何位相分析方法研究了GaAs/AlSb 半导体异质界面的应变,其应变分布图用来直接识别异质界面的原子台阶。
- 利用EELS的低能损失谱计算了ZnO半导体纳米线的有效质量。
- 通过研究Ba(Ti1-xFex)O3-?的结构和物性,提出了六角结构Ba(Ti1-xFex)O3-?化合物中自旋玻璃和室温弱铁磁性来源于氧空位的出现和部分Ti4+离子的降价。B位阳离子有序、氧空位和部分Ti4+离子的降价引起了调制结构的出现。
- 研究了纳米Pt八面体粒子的催化行为,发现缺陷和原子台阶的产生可以有效增强其催化性能。
- 研究了PrCuMn6O12在高压下的物理性质,指出了压力有利于PrCuMn6O12中的电荷有序态。
